• "Eden Centre for Disabled Children (ECDC)" has processing to publish the first magazine of the centre. We hope we can start distributing in late May, 2008.
• "Eden Centre for Disabled Children (ECDC)" is processing to install internet connection and we hope that we can have soon.
• "Yangon Disabled resource Centre (YDRC)" is organizing to have an "Art Show" of disabled artists, five persons with different disabilities, at "Lawkanat Art Gallery" in down town (Pansoedan Street) starting from 25-4-2008 to 29-4-2008, 5 days. You are warmly invited and we are sure that your present and encouragement is a great empowerment for them. Let's rekindle the fire of life of disabled people. The paints are on sale.
• The centre has summer holiday from 31-3-2008 to 4-5-2008. During this period the staffs are making new year plan and other trainings at the centre.
• The official opening of the "Centre for Disability in Development (CDD)" was already con ducted in 4th March 2008 in Myaungdaka, Hmawbi Township. Starting from May 2008 some trainings will be started as planned and it is for those who are working in disability field and those who are interested in it. The main purpose of those training is to mainstreaming disability issues in all development agenda.
• U Paing Aung Soe, Project Manager of CDD and Daw Mang Sui Nawn, Admin Officer of YDRC were attended two weeks trainings at Mac Cane Rehabilitation Centre, Chiang Mai, Thailand in early March 2008.

Introducing our new staffs.

In 2007, some of our staffs have resigned for various reasons. We have recruited a numbers of new staffs to replace the vacancies and for new projects as well. We are very happy to have new family members and now we would like to introduce with them.
