How to support / participate

Your help can make a difference to the lives of disabled children in Myanmar. We invite you to participate through the following programs:

i. Foster parent program

In average the total expenses for one disabled child at the centre for one month is 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand Kyats per month per person). This is the main channel through which you can support the centre at any time. The centre will give you the child's name and will provide a report covering the progress and general condition of the child regularly, along with a photo.

ii. Sponsor staff trainings both in local and/or aboard

The organization needs various types of professional and expertise such as Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Pathology, Special Education teacher, Child Psychologist, Social Worker, Counsellor, etc. but in the country only Physiotherapy subject can learn and other subject could not be learn because there were no specific learning centre / institution is available and no qualified person in this field is not available. To build up the capacity of the staffs are one of the main and urgent need of the centre.

iii. Volunteer

Everyone is welcome to volunteer at the centre. Professions are most needed because there are only Physiotherapists at the centre. We have no qualified expertise or professionals such as Special Educator, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Social Worker, etc. They are badly needed to provide the quality services needed for disabled children.

iv. Material and other needs

The list of material and other needs such as exercise tools, materials, other stationary, etc. are available at the office and we are ready to explain the situation. You are warmly welcome to visit our centre.

v. Granting the centre’s project and / or program

The centre has many projects proposal and we are willing to work together with you.

vi. Daily Dietary Supplements

Diet food is provided every day at the centre not only for the disabled children but also for the care givers. The average expenses for diet food is vary according to the types of diet. The total expense for one meal is as follow: Without meat (50,000/-) and with meat (80,000/-).
